Yes. You can cancel your registered guestship at any time before your annual renewal date for a full refund. After the renewal date, membership fees are non-refundable for that membership year, except as required under Mississippi law. Yes. You can upgrade your tier at any time during your membership year. You pay only the prorated difference for the remaining months. Downgrading takes effect at your next annual renewal date.
Points never expire while your registered guestship is active. If your membership lapses and you rejoin within 90 days, your points are restored. After 90 days of lapsed membership, accumulated points are forfeited.
Gold and Platinum members receive a curated Southern welcome gift at each stay — coordinated with the host. Gifts vary by property and location but always include something authentically Southern: local artisan preserves, Gulf Coast sea salt, Mississippi pecans, Louisiana hot sauce, Tennessee honey, or a bottle from a local Southern vineyard.
