About this property
Wake up to the sound of Gulf waters lapping against your private dock. This beautifully restored Gulf Coast cottage sits directly on the water in Destin's most sought-after neighborhood — a short kayak from sugar-white beaches, world-class fishing, and the freshest seafood the Florida Panhandle has to offer.
The cottage has been lovingly updated with Southern charm intact — heart pine floors, shiplap walls, and a wraparound porch perfect for morning coffee as the sun rises over the Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen features local pottery and everything you need for a home-cooked fish dinner after a day on the water.
Three bedrooms sleep six comfortably. The master suite opens directly onto the back porch with dock views. Two guest rooms share a beautifully tiled bathroom with a clawfoot tub. The covered porch has a gas grill, outdoor dining for six, and a hammock tied between two live oaks.
The private dock has two boat slips (available for an additional fee), a fish cleaning station, and kayak storage. Launch your kayak straight from the dock and paddle to Shell Island for one of the most spectacular beach days in the South.
